【摘要】 目的了解医学生的性爱观和性行为现状,并提出大学生性教育的相应对策。方法自行编制《医学大学生性健康调查问卷》对1000名医学院校大学生进行问卷调查,以了解医学生的性观念以及性行为。结果大学生对待爱情的态度是积极乐观的,他们相信真正爱情的存在,性观念有多元化倾向,且存在性别差异,大学生对待恋爱中的性行为更加宽容。结论高等院校应该加强大学生的性健康教育,从性生理、性心理等方面对大学生实施教育和疏导,由学校、家庭、社会共同加强性道德教育,使他们的身心得到健康的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the sexual attitude and sexual behavior of medical college students,and put forward the sexual educational methods accordingly.Methods One thousand medical college students were surveyed with a specially made questionnaire,and the students’ attitude on love,sex and their sexual behavior were investigated.Results Medical college students’ attitude toward love and sex was active and optimistic,and most of them believed and also positively seeked for love.Their views of sex were likely to develop in multiplicity and varied with genders.They were more tolerant to sexual relations of lovers.Conclusion High schools should strengthen the sexual health education of the college students,implement education and lead sexual psychology to college students from aspects of the sexual physiology,sexual psychology.Schools,families and society should strengthen education on sexual morals and sexual legal system to make their bodies and minds get healthy development.更多还原
