β-巯基乙醇的合成及精馏研究
Study on Synthesis and Distillation of β-Mercaptoethanol
【摘要】 β-巯基乙醇(β-M)是一种重要的化工产品,是燃料和农药的重要中间体。研究了常压条件下β-M的合成工艺,采用环氧乙烷和硫化氢直接合成法,考察了反应物的配比、反应温度、空速、催化剂用量等对产品收率的影响。试验结果表明:β-M的适宜反应条件是环氧乙烷:硫化氢=1.4~1.6:1,反应温度30℃,空速55~70m3/m3·hr,催化剂用量为20mL。同时开发了一种巯基乙醇的精馏工艺,精馏后产品纯度可达99.99%,其纯度符合市场要求,且工艺简单可行。
【Abstract】 β-Mercaptoethanol(β-M) is an important chemical product,and it is a key intermediate of fuel and pesticides.The synthesis process of β-M under the condition of normal atmosphere is studied.The direct synthesis method of ethylene epoxide and sulfureted hydrogen is adopted,the effects of ratio of reactants,reaction temperature,space velocity,catalyst dosage on the yield of the product are researched.The results showed that the suitable reaction conditions for preparing β-M are as follows:ethylene epoxide:sulfureted hydrogen = 1.4~1.6:1,the reaction temperature is 30℃,space velocity is 55~70m3/m3.hr,and the amount of catalyst is 20mL.A new distillation method which can make β-M have a high purity of 99.99% is developed.This method is simple and feaisble,and the purity can meet the requirement of market.
