体检人群血脂和血糖检测结果与体重指数的相关性分析

【摘要】 目的探讨体检人群体重指数(BMI)与血糖、血脂的相关性。方法 2007年1月-12月对11310例在华西医院体检人群进行空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)检测,同时测量身高、体重,计算BMI,并对相关资料进行统计分析。结果 11310例体检人群中超重与肥胖的检出率分别为32.8%、8.1%;体重过低、正常、超重、肥胖4组人群的空腹血糖受损(IFG)患病率分别为3.3%、7.2%、17.6%、24.2%,糖尿病(DM)患病率分别为0.6%、2.7%、6.8%、9.8%,高TC患病率分别为7.0%、11.8%、15.7%、16.9%,高TG患病率分别为3.0%、19.6%、47.5%、58.9%,低HDL-C患病分别为0.8%、1.7%、8.1%、14.1%,高LDL-C患病率分别为2.4%、5.5%、8.0%、8.0%,各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同体重指数组的FPG、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IFG、DM、高TC、高TG、低HDL-C的患病率随着体重指数的增大而显著增高,FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C值也随着体重指数的增大而增高。建议通过改变不良生活方式、平衡日常膳食、加强体育锻炼、减轻精神压力、控制体重等方式来干预防治超重和肥胖,减少各种慢性病的发生率。

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the correlation between blood glucose, plasma lipid and body mass index (BMI). Methods From January to December 2007, the data of fasting plasma glucose (FPG), serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), height, weight and BMI from 11 310 residents were collected and analyzed statistically. Results In 11 310 residents, the percentages of overweight and obesity were 32.8% and 8.1% respectively. The subjects were divided into four groups according to their BMI: low-weight, normal, overweight and obesity. The percentages of subjects with impaired fasting glucose (IFG) (3.3%, 7.2%, 17.6% and 24.2%), with diabetes (0.6%, 2.7%, 6.8% and 9.8%), with high TC (7.0%, 11.8%, 15.7% and 16.9%), with high TG (3.0%, 19.6%, 47.5% and 58.9%), with low HDL-C (0.8%, 1.7%, 8.1% and 14.1%) and with high LDL-C (2.4%, 5.5%, 8.0% and 8.0%) for four groups were significant different (P<0.05). The levels of FPG, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C for groups with different BMI also existed significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The possibility to having IFG, diabetes, high TC, high TG and low HDL-C increases when BMI rises. Meanwhile the average values of FPG, TC, TG and LDL-C increase significantly with the increment of BMI. Changeing the bad habits of life, balancing diet, strengthening exercise, controlling the mental stress and reducing weight are the considerate measures for the prevention of hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and kinds of chronic disease.
