【摘要】 目的:观察胰岛素联合瑞格列奈对磺脲类降糖药治疗失败的2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法:75例磺脲类治疗失败的2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,分别给予胰岛素及胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗,疗程12周。分别检测两组患者治疗前后FBG、2 h PBG和HbA1C水平,并记录胰岛素用量,评价胰岛素联合瑞格列奈的临床疗效。结果:两组患者血糖和HbA1C均控制良好,但与对照组相比,胰岛素联合瑞格列奈组患者餐后血糖下降更为明显,且胰岛素用量较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素联合瑞格列奈对磺脲类药物治疗失败2型糖尿病患者具有较好的疗效,同时可减少胰岛素用量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of insulin combined with repaglinide on type 2 diabetes mellitus secondary failure to sulforylureas.Methods: Seventy-five patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus secondary failure to sulforylureas were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.On the basis of alimentary control and proper exercise,37 cases in control group were treated by subcutaneously injected human-insulin Novolin 30R before breakfast and supper.The other 38 cases in treatment group treated with both insulin and repaglinide,with a treatment course of 12 weeks for both groups.The FBG,2 h PG,HbA1C were detected before and after treatment.Results: In all cases,the level of FBG,2 h PG,HbA1C were decreased after treatment with insulin alone or combined with repaglinide for 12 weeks.The insulin dosage daily was also significantly decreased compared to the control group.Conclusion: The insulin combined repaglinide has a more prominent effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus secondary failure to sulfonylurea than that of insulin alone.更多还原
