【摘要】 目的采用TLC法鉴别泽泻中的泽泻烯醇,并采用HPLC法测定含量。方法色谱柱为DiamonsilTM C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(70∶30);流速1mL·min-1;柱温30℃。结果 10批泽泻药材中均能检出泽泻烯醇;泽泻烯醇4.958～19.832μg与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.66%,RSD=1.18%。结论所建方法简便、准确、重复性好,可完善泽泻药材的质控方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish the TLC identification and quantitative methods of Rhizoma Alismatis orientalis.
