【摘要】 目的探讨西麻滴鼻剂对过敏性鼻炎的防治作用。方法采用2,4-二异氰酸甲苯酯为致敏原,对豚鼠行鼻内给药,建立过敏性鼻炎的实验模型,观察西麻滴鼻剂对豚鼠过敏性鼻炎模型鼻部症状的影响;以二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透法观察其收缩毛细血管及抗炎的作用。结果西麻滴鼻剂能明显减轻豚鼠鼻部症状,显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀,抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管炎性渗出。结论西麻滴鼻剂能有效防治过敏性鼻炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the influence of Xima nasal drops on allergic rhinitis. METHODS 2’4-toluene disocyanate ( TDI) was selected as antigen and used in nose to establish Guinea pig allergic rhinitis,and the effect of Xima capsule on symptoms of allergic rhinitis in Guinea pigs was observed. The anti-inflammatory action was assessed by HAc-induced peritoneal capillary permeability and xylene-induced ear edema in mice. RESULTS Xima nasal drops could relieve the pathological symptoms of nasal hypersensitivity in Guinea pig,and could inhibite the phlogistic infiltrtion and improve the ear edema. CONCLUSION Xima nasal drops may play a positive role in the prevention of allergic rhinitis.更多还原
