薄荷中总黄酮的提取及其对羟自由基的清除作用

【摘要】 目的探讨薄荷中总黄酮的提取、鉴别及其对羟自由基的清除作用。方法采用超声波乙醇浸提法提取薄荷中的黄酮类物质,用分光光度法测定含量,并做黄酮类物质的羟自由基清除作用试验。结果测得样品中总黄酮的含量为0.325mg·mL-1,回收率为99.53%,其纯度和产率均较高。结论超声波乙醇浸提法是提取薄荷中黄酮类物质的有效方法。薄荷中总黄酮提取液对Fenton体系产生的·OH有很好的清除作用。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To approach the extraction of total flavanone from Mentha haplocalyx briq and its scavenging activity on hydroxyl radicals. METHODS The flavonids were extracted with ethanol as the solvent by ultrasonic from Mentha haplocalyx briq wave and ethanol extraction. Using spectrophotometry to extract and check the flavanone of Mentha haplocalyx briq. The scavenging activity of extracts from Mentha haplocalyx briq was studied. RESULTS The content of the total flavanone of Mentha haplocalyx briq was 0. 325 mg·mL-1 and the rate of recovery was 99. 53% . CONCLUSION This text provides the extraction and purifying methods to get the outcome and the purity of the flavanone are all very high. This method is a purely physical process and do not nas any pollution. It is an ideal way to extract the flavanone of Mentha haplocalyx briq. Total flavanone from Mentha haplocalyx briq has scavenging activity of hydroxyl radicals.
