当归内酯清除自由基及抗氧化活性的研究

【摘要】 目的研究当归内酯清除自由基和抗氧化活性的作用。方法采用体外实验研究当归内酯对1-1-二苯基苦基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)和·OH的清除作用,自身还原能力的强弱,以及对亚油酸和H2O2诱导的红细胞膜脂质过氧化的保护作用。结果当归内酯对DPPH·和·OH具有良好的清除作用,其IC50分别为2.0、7.6mg·mL-1;1、4、16mg·mL-1的当归内酯对亚油酸的自发氧化和H2O2诱导的红细胞氧化溶血均表现出一定的抑制作用,且呈一定的量效关系。此外,各浓度梯度的当归内酯均具有一定的还原能力。结论当归内酯具有清除自由基和抗氧化的作用。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the free radical scavenging and antioxidant activities of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.) Diels lactones(ASDL).METHODS The in vitro scavenging activities of ASDL on DPPH and hydroxyl radical,its reduction power,and its protective effects on lipid peroxidation in the linoleic acid emulsion and rat erythrocytes induced by H2O2 were investigated.RESULTS ASDL had strong scavenging effects on DPPH and hydroxyl radical,and its IC50 were 2.0 and 7.6 mg·mL-1,respectively.ASDL also exhibited a significant concentration-dependent inhibition of lipid peroxidation in the linoleic acid and rat erythrocytes hemolysis induced by H2O2.Furthermore,its reduction power was also strong.CONCLUSION ASDL shows significant free radical scavenging and antioxidant activities.
