钯催化二茂铁硼酸和有机三氟甲磺酸酯制备单取代二茂铁芳基化合物的偶联反应
Palladium-Catalyzed Suzuki-Coupling Reaction between Ferroceneboronic Acid and Organic Triflates for the Preparation of Monosubstituted Arylferrocenes
【摘要】 在Pd(PPh3)4催化下,以K3PO4为碱,以二氧六环为溶剂,二茂铁硼酸和有机三氟甲磺酸酯在回流条件下高收率得到了单取代二茂铁的偶联产物.不同三氟甲磺酸酯的偶联反应产率在72%~92%之间.
【Abstract】 Monosubstituted ferrocene derivatives were prepared with high yields from ferroceneboronic acid and organic triflates in refluxing dioxane by Pd(PPh3)4-catalyzed Suzuki-coupling reaction in which K3PO4 was used as a base. The yields of the coupling reactions of various triflates were in the range of 72%~92%.
