强电场放电协同制取·OH影响因素的HPLC分析
HPLC Analysis of Influencing Factor of·OH Produced by the Cooperation of Strong-field Ionization Discharge
【摘要】 ·OH在治理船舶压载水、降解水中有机物以及其它环境污染治理中都有着的广阔的前景。高效液相色谱在间接检测自由基的技术领域,已经得到了广泛应用。基于高效液相色谱法,以水杨酸为捕捉剂考察了pH、反应时间、底物水杨酸浓度、激励电压对强电场协同放电制取·OH的影响。结果发现,碱性条件下·OH生成量明显高于酸性条件下的生成量,说明碱性条件有利于·OH的生成。随着反应时间的增加,水杨酸捕捉的·OH量也逐渐增加,5min时达到最佳捕捉时间;底物浓度的改变也会对·OH生成量带来影响。
【Abstract】 Hydroxyl radical was detected indirectly by HPLC using salicylic acid as the seizure reagent.The effect of pH,reaction time,the concentration of salicylic acid and voltage on the production of ·OH was studied.Results showed that the formation amount in alkaline condition was higher than that in acidity condition.The formation amount of·OH was gradually increasing as increasing of reaction time.The formation velocity tended gentle while reaction time reached to a certainty time.The influence of salicylic acid concentration on the formation of·OH was discussed,also.
