纳米硫化汞/偕胺肟复合纤维的制备与表征
Preparation and Characterization of Nanometer Mercuric Sulfide/Amidoxime Composite Fiber
【摘要】 以含偕胺肟基团的螯合纤维(AOCF)为原料,经硝酸汞溶液化学处理后形成AOCF-Hg(Ⅱ)配合物纤维,再与硫代硫酸钠溶液反应,生成纳米硫化汞/偕胺肟复合纤维。探讨了硫源和硫代硫酸钠溶液浓度对制备纳米硫化汞/偕胺肟复合纤维的影响,并研究了纤维对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抗菌性能。运用红外光谱仪(IR)及扫描电镜(SEM)对样品进行了表征。实验结果表明,在纤维表面生成了分散均匀的纳米硫化汞,纳米硫化汞/偕胺肟复合纤维具有一定的抗菌性。
【Abstract】 The nanometer mercuric sulfide/amidoxime composite fiber was prepared using AOCF-Hg(Ⅱ) fiber which formed from chelate fiber with amidoxime group reacting with Hg(NO3)2 solution and Na2S2O3.The influences of the sulfide source and Na2S2O3 solution concentration on the preparation of nanometer mercuric sulfide/amidoxime composite fiber were investigated,and the antibacterial properties of different fibers to staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis were studied.The samples were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR) and field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the nanometer mercuric sulfide dispersed well and located on the fiber surface,and this composite fiber had certain antibacterial properties.
