异噁唑的合成研究
Synthesis of isoxazole
【摘要】 以1,1,3,3-四乙氧基丙烷和盐酸羟胺为原料,水为溶剂,回流反应30 min,1,1,3,3-四乙氧基丙烷和盐酸羟胺的物质的量比为1.0∶1.05,得到异噁唑、乙醇、水的混合物,异噁唑收率可达99%。通过1HNMR对异噁唑进行了结构表征。同时研究了不同反应条件下所得产品混合物中异噁唑、乙醇、水的含量,为直接用此混合物制备3-乙氧基丙烯腈和3,3-二乙氧基丙腈提高了不同的原料选择。
【Abstract】 The mixture of isoxazole,ethanol,and water was obtained by using 1,1,3,3-tetraethoxypropane and hydroxylamine hydrochloride as raw materials,and water as solvent.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:a reflux time of 30 min,a molar ratio of n(1,1,3,3-tetraethoxypropane)∶n(hydroxylamine hydrochloride)=1.0∶1.05.In this case,the yield of isoxazole was up to 99%.The structure of isoxazole was characterized by 1HNMR analysis,meantime,compositions of the final products(isoxazole,ethanol and water) were analysized under different reaction conditions,which could be used to prepare 3-ethoxyacrylonitrile and 3,3-diethoxypropionitrile.
