重构法制备Ni/MgO-Al2O3催化剂
Preparation of Ni/MgO-Al2O3 Catalysts by Reconstruction
【摘要】 采用重构法制备Ni/MgO-Al2O3催化剂,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、低温N2吸附(BET)、程序升温还原(TPR)对催化剂及其前躯体进行表征,并考察了催化剂组成对丙酮加氢一步法合成甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)的影响。结果表明:采用Ni(NO3)2浸渍MgO和Al2O3混合氧化物制得的Ni/MgO-A2O3催化剂中,Ni组分以NiO形式存在于催化剂表面,能降低催化剂还原温度,当Ni的物质的量分数为5%,Mg与Al物质的量之比为2时,催化活性较好,在反应温度180℃,H2与丙酮物质的量之比为1,液时空速4.8 mL/(h·g)的条件下,丙酮的转化率为49.5%,MIBK的选择性为69.5%。
【Abstract】 Ni/MgO-Al2O3 catalysts were synthesized by the reconstruction method.The precursors of catalyst and their derived oxides were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),low-temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption technique (BET) and H2 temperature-programmed reduction (TPR).The effect of component on catalytic activity for one-step synthesis of methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK) was also studied.The results showed that the Ni component was distributed on the surface of Ni/MgO-Al2O3 catalyst,and the reduction temperature of Ni2+ was decreased largerly.The catalytic activity was the highest when the Ni content was 5%. Conversion of acetone and selectivity of MIBK reached 49.5% and 69.5%,respectively,under the conditions of reaction temperature 180 ℃,molar ratio of H2 to acetone 1 and liquid space velocity 4.8 mL/(h·g).
