高增益低噪声热释电红外探测器前置放大器设计研究
Design of High Gain and Low Noise Pyroelectric Infrared Detector Preamplifier
【摘要】 提出一种新的高增益低噪声热释电红外探测器电路模型。采用双极型结型场效应(BJFET),通过改变时间常数解决了热释电前置放大器输出信号弱和易受干扰的关键问题,理论推导了热释电电路的输出电流和电压响应,系统地分析了改进的前置放大器的噪声和温度特性。经实验验证:该电路实现了大电流、宽频带、高增益、低噪声等优化特性。
【Abstract】 A circuit model of pyroelectric infrared detector preamplifier with high gain and low noise was proposed.With bipolar JFET(BJFET),by changing the time constant,the key issues of weak signal and vulnerable of preamplifier output signal are solved.Systematic analysis of the pre-amplifier noise and temperature has been carried out.Experiment results show that the circuit can achieve high current,wide bandwidth,high gain and low noise.
