【Abstract】 Because of the scattered manuscripts and cycling features of journal development,academic journals on science and technology may face the problem of receiving manuscripts with low quality and nothing new,therefore,the editorial staff should pay special attention to this phenomenon,and take measures against it by improving the overall quality of the journal,strengthening the ranks of the authors,optimizing manuscript source with suitable propaganda and guidance.更多还原
