【摘要】 基于河北省25个县(市)173家农户的问卷调查数据,对农民的农村社会养老保险参加意愿及其影响因素、农民对养老保险水平的选择进行了实证分析,得出结论:河北省农村地区对社会养老保险需求强烈,农民的个人特征、家庭特征等差异对农村养老保险制度的设计及实施影响显著,应该列入制度改革的考量范畴;农民养老观念已经开始由"家庭养老"向"社会养老"转变,政府应充分考虑农民的不同心理需求与参与意愿,制定更为合理的制度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the data of the questionnaire of 173 farmers coming from 25 cities or counties in HeBei Province,the villagers intention to participate in social endowment insurance and its influencing factors and the choices of the insurance levels are given an empirical analysis.It concludes that they have strong desire for social endowment insurance and the personal characteristics and family characteristics and so on set great influence on the insurance system design and implementation,which need to be taken into consideration in the insurance system reform.The attitude toward elderly support of farmers changes from family support to social support.Therefore,government should take fully into account the different psychology demands and participation intention to make a more reasonable system.更多还原
