论高校教师的继续教育与专业化发展
On teacher education and professional development in universities
【摘要】 继续教育是促进高校教师专业化发展的有效途径。当前,高校教师继续教育的问题已成为教育改革的重要内容。而解决这些问题,应处理好教师个人发展与学校发展的关系、科研能力与教学能力的关系、校外培训与校内培训的关系。
【Abstract】 Teacher education is an effective approach to the professional development for the college teaching staffs.This paper discusses the relationships as a solution,i.e.,development of school and individual,research and teaching competence,internal and external training.
