【摘要】 目的探讨乙状结肠子宫内膜异位症的CT表现,降低误诊率。方法分析现有病例影像学及临床资料并复习文献,总结乙状结肠子宫内膜异位症的CT表现。结果乙状结肠子宫内膜异位症CT表现为形成肿块或管腔狭窄,一般不累及粘膜。结论乙状结肠子宫内膜异位症较少见,极易误诊为恶性肿瘤,通过认真分析影像及临床资料有望提高正确诊断率,减少误诊的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the CT findings of the sigmoid colon endometriosis and improve its diagnostic rate.Methods The imaging and clinical informations of the present case of the sigmoid colon endometriosis were analysed with review of the literatures.Results The CT findings of the sigmoid colon endometriosis showed as soft tissue mass or lumen narrow,not involving the mucosa.Conclusion The sigmoid colon endometriosis is a kind of rare disease,and it is easily misdiagnosed as malignant tumour.By analyzing the imaging and clinical informations carefully can improve the diagnostic rate.更多还原
