全液压装煤机双立爪机械臂的设计
Design of Double Claws Mechanical Arms in Full Hydraulic Coal Loader
【摘要】 为提高中小型煤矿巷道内的装载效率,设计了一种对称联动的双立爪机械臂作为全液压装煤机的上料装置。详细分析了整机工作方式、双立爪机械臂的工作原理及机械结构以及液压先导控制系统。样机试验表明,双立爪的耙取方式具有更大的工作范围和更高的装载效率,上料过程工作平稳,操作简便。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the loading efficiency in small-size coal roadway,a symmetrical mechanical arm set is designed as loading equipment of full hydraulic loader.The working method of device,the principle and the structure of mechanical arms,and the hydraulic piloted control system are analyzed.The prototype test shows that the working method with double claws has wider work scope and higher loading efficiency,stable work process,simple operation.
