【摘要】 黑龙江省高校体育师资呈现年轻化,高学历(硕士以上)比例小、业务水平与科研能力不强等问题;在师资利用和管理上存在满足教学需求不足与师资严重浪费矛盾及选聘状况还不合理等问题。加强高校体育师队伍的人性化建设,建立与实际教学和科研需要的相对应的管理制度;坚持优化引才,努力加强选聘制度化建设;加快实行真正意义聘任制的进程;加强高校体育人力资源职后教育;重点强调高校教师教学与科研综合能力的提升,把职称评聘制度落到实处。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is showing one kind of young trend for university P.E.teachers in Heilongjiang Province generally,the percentage of high degree and the level of scientific research is a little bit low、serious wasting existed in the using and administration of teachers not reasonable to choose and evaluate them and some other problems.The suggestions are as follows:to strengthen the study on teachers personality and request;to insist on optimizing and attracting talents,to strengthen the building of choosing and evaluating;to fasten the process of employing in true significance,to strengthen the post education and lay the emphasis on cultivating the scientific research ability,to put evaluating and employing system into effect.更多还原
