【摘要】 目的观察健脾解毒方联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期结直肠癌的疗效和不良反应。方法将42例患者随机分为2组,研究组21例,采用健脾解毒方联合FOLFOX4方案化疗,对照组21例,单纯FOLFOX4方案化疗。比较两组近期疗效、临床受益反应以及毒副反应。结果近期有效率研究组为47.6%,对照组为35.0%,两组有效率及中位肿瘤进展时间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组中位生存时间及1年生存率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床受益率为85.7%。对照组为55.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组白细胞降低、神经毒性、乏力等毒副反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾解毒方对晚期结直肠癌FOL-FOX4方案化疗有增加近期疗效、提高生活质量、减少不良反应的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of Jianpijiedu-Decoction combined with FOLFOX4 for advanced colorectal cancer.Method 42 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:Jianpijiedu therapeusis combined with FOLFOX4 group(21 patients),FOLFOX4 control group(21 patients).Compared the recent effect,benefit response,adverse reactions and toxicity.Results The effective rate is 47.6% in treatment group,35.0% in control group.There was no significant difference in the effective rate and Time to Progression(TTP)(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences after treatment in Median Survival Time and 1-year survival rate (P<0.05).Clinical beneficial rate in treatment group is 85.7%,and 55.0% in control group,these rates were significantly different(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction as leucopenia and neurotoxicity were lower in the treated group than those in the control group,also hypodynamia of the patients was alleviated (P<0.05).Conclusions Jianpijiedu-Decoction therapeusis combined with FOLFOX4 might have better effects in the short-term therapy and improve quality of life and reduce adverse reactions in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.更多还原
