【摘要】 目的:从抗纤维化角度探讨通络益肾滋阴方对糖尿病肾病大鼠的作用机制。方法:采用左侧肾脏切除术+STZ腹腔注射复制糖尿病肾病大鼠模型。分为假手术对照组(正常对照组)、病理对照组、通络益肾滋阴方治疗组、西药治疗组(洛汀新+糖适平),观察各组大鼠血清TGF-β1、HGF指标的变化。结果:经通络益肾滋阴方治疗70d后,血清TGF-β1表达显著下调,HGF表达显著增加(P<0.01)。通络益肾滋阴方治疗组与西药治疗组相比,二者无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:通络益肾滋阴方能延缓糖尿病肾病的病理进展,其作用机理可能与抑制血清TGF-β1的表达,促进HGF表达有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the mechanism of Tongluo Yishen Ziyin Priscription on rats with diabetic nephropathy from anti-fibrosis perspective.Methods:The left nephrectomy and STZ intraperitoneal injection were taken to make model rats with diabetic nephropathy.The rats were divided into sham operation group(control group),pathological control group,treatment group with Tongluo Yishen Ziyin Priscription and Western medicine(lotensin + Gliquidon) group to observe the index changes of serum TGF-β1,HGF in different groups.Results:After the treatment with Tongluo Yishen Ziyin Priscription,serum TGF-β1 expression was significantly reduced and HGF expression increased(P < 0.01),there was no significant difference(P > 0.05) between Tongluo Yishen Ziyin Priscription group and Western medicine group.Conclusion:Tongluo Yishen Ziyin Priscription can delay the pathologic progress of diabetic nephropathy,the mechanism may be related to the inhibition of serum TGF-β1 expression and the promotion of HGF expression.更多还原
