【摘要】 目的探讨利用氨溴索超声雾化治疗儿科呼吸系统疾病的临床疗效。方法选取我院2008年2月至2010年2月收治的96例儿科呼吸系统疾病患者的临床资料,随机分为治疗组(48例)和对照组(48例),治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用氨溴索超声雾化吸入治疗,对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用静脉滴注氨溴索注射液治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组患者显效22例,有效17例,无效9例,总有效率81.25%;对照组患者显效人数25例,有效10例,无效13例,总有效率72.92%,两组患者疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用氨溴索超声雾化治疗儿科呼吸系统疾病,疗效显著,值得在临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to explore the use of ultrasonic atomizer ammonia bromine cable in treating pediatric respiratory disease curative effect.Methods select our feb 2008-2010 2 months of 120 patients with respiratory disease patients randomized clinical data, divided into the treatment group (n=60) and the control group (n=60), the treatment group were treated with the basis of ammonia bromine ultrasonic atomizer cable in patients with inhaled treatment group, based on the conventional treatment combined with intravenous drip ammonia bromine cable, compare two sets of injection of clinical curative effect.Results the treatment group, the number of patients got 32 cases of effective number 17 cases failure; the total effective 81.67%, <25 cases of control group, the number of effective number 16 cases failure; the total effective 68.33%, two groups of patients was statistically significant differences (P<0.05) .Conclusion using ultrasonic atomizer ammonia bromine cable in treating pediatric respiratory disease, in clinical curative更多还原
