【摘要】 目的观察针刺疗法对单纯性肥胖症(以下简称肥胖症)的治疗效果。方法采用随机、单盲的实验方法,将79例肥胖症患者分成针刺疗法治疗组(53例)和安慰针法的对照组(26例)。在营养科饮食基线控制下,两组均取腹部以脐为中心12穴配以梁丘(双)、足三里(单)、阴陵泉(单);观察两组患者治疗前和治疗1个周期(12次)后体质量指数(Body Mass Index,以下简称BMI指数)、腰围、腹部皮下脂肪层(CT扫描下)指标的变化。结果治疗组、对照组分别有53例、26例患者完成12次治疗。治疗组治疗12次后BMI指数、腰围、腹部皮下脂肪层均下降,其中BMI指数治疗后与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论针刺疗法对患者有改善BMI指数的作用,两组患者组间比较腰围及皮下脂肪层面积未见明显减少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture therapy on simple obesity.Methods The 79 patients with obesity were randomized into acupuncture treatment group(n=53) and placebo needling control group(n=26).Under the control of baseline diet nutrition in both groups,the 12 points around umbilicus were used and combined with liangqiu(double),Zusanli(single) and Yin Ling Quan(single).The changes of body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,abdominal subcutaneous fat layer(under CT scan) index were observed before treatment and after treatment 12 times.Results The BMI,waist circumference and abdominal subcutaneous fat layer in treatment group decreased after treatment,the difference of BMI was statistically significant(P<0.05) compared with control group,and treatment group was better than the comfort.But the waist circumference and subcutaneous fat layer was not obvious reduced in both groups.Conclusion Acupuncture therapy is effective to improve the role of BMI,but is not so good to reduce the subcutaneous fat layer.更多还原
