【摘要】 目的探讨经颈内静脉溶栓及经股静脉放置腔静脉滤器治疗下肢深静脉血栓的临床应用价值。方法 2007年1月至2009年6月间,15例下肢DVT患者行经颈内静脉溶栓及经股静脉放置腔静脉滤器。结果下腔静脉滤器植入全部成功,溶栓治疗显效15例,无肺动脉栓塞症及严重出血发生,下肢症状消失。结论腔静脉滤器植入后溶栓治疗下肢DVT,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of vena caval Filter in Thansatheter Thrombolytic via Jugular Vein Therapy of Deep Venous Thrombosis(DVT) of Lower Extremity via femoral vein.Methods From January 2007 to June 2009,15 cases of DVT of lower limbs underwent planting of the vena cave filter in Catheter directed thrombolysis with urokinase.Results Inferior vena cava filters implantation were succeeded in all cases.15 cases with thrombolysis got excellent effects,without pulmonary embolism and serious bleeding.The symptoms of lower limb disappeared.Conclusion Curative effect is notable for DVT after implantation of caval vein filter before embolectomy or thrombolysis.更多还原
