【摘要】 目的老年股骨颈骨折人工髋关节置换治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾分析我院2006年12月至2009年12月住院治疗的92例老年股骨颈骨折病例资料。结果对术后92例进行全部随访,随访时间2个月到2年,平均14个月。所有患者手术后均治愈。但部分患者由于治疗中的若干问题出现不同程度的并发症。结论老年股骨颈骨折治疗其目的应是在如何能尽早下床,减少并发症,减少死亡率和病残率,改善和提高生存质量。临床证明,采用人工关髋节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective clinic effect of treatment for gerontal fracture of hipbones & full neck bone and artificial hip point replacement.Methods to review and analyze the 92 treatment case of gerontal fracture of hipbones & full neck bone in our hospital in the period of from Dec.2006 to Dec.2009.Results through visit of the patient of the 92 cases in 1.5 months averagely,it was found that all of them healed after the operation.However,some of them had had complication in various degrees for different problems appearing in the treatment.Conclusion the purpose of treatment of gerontal fracture of hipbones & full neck bone ought to know how to make the patient get out of the bed as soon as we could and diminish the complication in order to develop and improve quality of life.Furthermore,the clinical treatment has proved that to treat gerontal fracture of hipbones & full neck bone by applying artificial hip point replacement method would have evident effect.更多还原
