【摘要】 目的探讨骨碎补不同溶液制备中柚皮苷含量的最佳测定方法。方法供试品溶液分别采用回流3 h与6 h、称质量回流3 h、索氏回流3 h与6 h等5种方法制备。HPLC法测定含量,以Hypersil C18色谱柱为固定相;甲醇-醋酸-水(40∶3∶60)为流动相;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温25℃;检测波长283 nm。结果柚皮苷在0.15~1.22μg范围线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),加样回收率为98.5%,RSD=1.8%(n=6);5种不同制备方法所得供试液中柚皮苷的含量分别是1.19%、1.11%、1.29%、1.18%、1.15%。结论该法操作简单,结果更准确,重复性好,可用于柚皮苷的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method of sample preparation for the content determination of naringin in Rhizoma Drynaria.Method The sample solution was prepared with the methods of reflux ex-tracted for 3 h and 6 h,weighing reflux extracted for 3 h,and sohxlet extracted for 3 h and 6 h.The content was determined with HPLC.stationary phase was Hypersil C18 column,the mobile phase was the methanol-acetic acid-H2O(40∶3∶60),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 25 ℃ and the detection wave was 283 nm.Results The linear range of naringin between 0.15~1.22 μg was well(r=0.999 6),the mean recovery was 98.5%,RSD=1.8%(n=6).The content of naringin in five samples solution with different preparation method was 1.19%,1.11%,1.29%,1.18% and 1.15%.Conclusion This method is simple and accurate with good re-producibility,which can be used to determine the content of naringin.更多还原
