【摘要】 目的对20种湖南产菊科植物的挥发油成分进行比较研究。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其化学成分进行定性分析,并用峰面积归一化法得出各类化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量。结果菊科植物所含挥发油的成分多为萜类化合物,石竹烯、石竹烯氧化物、斯巴醇、α-蒎烯等。结论本研究为湖南产菊科植物在医药、化工等方面的开发利用提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from 20 kinds of Compositae plants in Hunan.Methods The volatile oils were extracted by steam distillation,the chemical constituents of volatile oil from 20 kinds of Compositae in Hunan were analyzed by capillary GC/MS/DS techniques and quantitated with normalization method.Results The chemical constituents of volatile oils were principally Terpene,such as Caryophyllene,Caryophyllene oxide,Spathulenol,.alpha-Pinene etc.Conclusion This study gives the referenced foundation for medicinal and chemical industry to develop the Compositae plant in Hunan.更多还原
