【摘要】 目的:观察肠安煎保留灌肠合健脾消癌饮内服治疗中晚期结肠直肠癌的临床疗效。方法:将60例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用肠安煎保留灌肠合健脾消癌饮内服治疗,对照组单纯采用健脾消癌饮内服治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为66.67%,对照组总有效率为63.33%,两组比较,P>0.05;但治疗组在增加体重及生活质量KPS评分等方面比较均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肠安煎保留灌肠合健脾消癌饮内服治疗中晚期结肠直肠癌疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect on colorectal cancer in intermediate and advanced stage treated by Changan decoction with retention enema and Jianpi Xiaoai decoction for oral use.Method: 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Cases in the treatment group were treated by Changan decoction with retention enema and Jianpi Xiaoai decoction for oral use and cases in the control group treated only by Jianpi Xiaoai decoction orally.Results: The total effective rate was 66.67% in the treatment group and 63.33% in the control group(P>0.05).The improvement of body weight and KPS score of quality of life in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Changan decoction with retention enema and Jianpi Xiaoai decoction for oral use had satisfactory effects for treating colorectal cancer in intermediate and advanced stage.更多还原
