【摘要】 目的:观察奥瑞凝胶剂食道存留时间。方法:采用随机抽样方法观察临床全消化道造影病人口服奥瑞凝胶剂后食道存留时间。采用单纯口服硫酸钡食道存留时间作为对照组。10例病人经观察并摄取食道X线片。结果:观察发现奥瑞凝胶剂,药物与对照组比较在食道存留时间明显延长,有利于药物对食道粘膜作用。凝胶本身对于隔绝食道粘膜与内腔有一定作用,而反流性食道炎及胃-食道反流症治疗根本在于保护食道粘膜,促进食道粘膜修复。结论:奥瑞凝胶剂为治疗反流性食道炎及胃-食道反流症的良好药物剂型。更多还原
