【摘要】 目的:观察通腑养阴汤加减治疗出血性中风的临床疗效。方法:267例确诊病人,随机分为两组。对照组125例,给予常规方法治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用通腑养阴汤,每日1剂,水煎后灌服或鼻饲,两组均15d为1疗程。结果:对照组:痊愈22例,显效34例,有效35例,无效22例,死亡12例,有效率72.8%;治疗组痊愈36例,显效57例,有效30例,无效10,死亡9例,有效率86.6%。结论:通腑养阴汤加减治疗出血性中风有较好临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Tong Fuyangyin Tang in treating hemorrhage stroke. Methods:267 cases were divided into two groups,the control group( 125 cases) with common west medicine. The treatment group( 142 cases) were treated with Tong Fuyangyin Tang. 15 d is a course. Results:Cured 36 cases,excellence 57 cases,effective 30 cases,ineffective 10 cases. Death 9 cases,the rate of the treatment group was 86. 6%.
