淋巴结核丸对动物致炎试验影响的研究

【摘要】 目的:观察淋巴结核丸对动物炎症模型抗炎作用疗效。方法:大鼠棉球肉芽肿植入法和小鼠二甲苯致炎法,观察其大鼠肉芽肿重量,计算抑制率和小鼠称重右耳-左耳重量,右耳肿胀程度/左耳重量为肿胀率。结果:淋巴结核丸高、中、低剂量抑制率分别为44.73%、26.53%、9.30%与正常对照组相比,高、中剂量组有非常显著性差异P<0.01,低剂量组虽有差异但无统计学意义。右耳肿胀率高、中、低分别为0.627%、0.704%、0.752%与正常对照组相比有非常显著性差异P<0.01,中、低剂量组作用不明显或无作用。结论:淋巴结核丸具有明显的抑制肉芽肿增生的抗炎作用。随着剂量的增加作用增强,量效关系呈正相关。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the lymphatic pill anti -inflammatory effects of animal model of inflammatory effects. Methods:The cutton ball was implanted in rats and cause granuloma and mice xylene-induced inflammation. To observe the rat granuloma weight,mice weighing,calculation of inhibition rate and the right ear-left ear weight,ear swelling of the extent/left ear weight for the swelling rate. Results The high -,medium-and low-dose inhibition rates of lymphatic pill were 44. 73% ,26. 53% ,9. 30% ,com-pared with the normal control group,high-,middle-dose group was significant difference and P < 0. 01,though differences between lowdose group,no statistical significance. The high -,medium-and low-dose of right ear swelling respectively was 0. 627% ,0. 704% and 0. 752% ,compared with the normal control group was very significant difference and P < 0. 01,medium -and low-dose group is not obvious or no effect. Conclusion Lymphatic pill has obvious inhibition of the proliferation of antiinflammatory granuloma. With the enhanced role of the increase in dose,doseeffect relationship was positively correlated.
