【Abstract】 MAPK lied in cytoplasm,it could enter the nucleus and activate target gene when it was stimulated and became phosphorylation.It had 3 approaches which was ERK1 /2、JNK/SAPK and P38.MPKA signal transduction pathway had close relationship with breast cancer.if we researched MAPK signal transduction pathway,we might find a new target to cure breast cancer.更多还原
