【摘要】 目的:探讨保留迷走神经胃癌根治切除术的临床应用价值。方法:胃癌60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,分别实施保留迷走神经胃癌根治术及传统经典胃癌根治术并进行比较。结果:观察组在手术时间、出血量、清扫淋巴结总数及围手术期并发症发生率与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后进食后不适感发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:对进展期胃癌行保留迷走神经胃癌根治术安全可行,能达到与传统经典术式相同的根治效果,但术后不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of vagus nerve preserving radical gastrectomy to gastric cancer.Methods A total of 60 cases of gastric cancer were randomly divided into observation group(n=30) receiving vagus nerve preserving radical gastrectomy,and control group(n=30) receiving traditional classic radical resection.The two methods were compared.Results The observation group was not significantly different from control group in the operation time,blood loss volume,the total number of scavenged lymph nodes or peroperative complications(P>0.05).There were less cases of discomfortableness after meal in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The vagus nerve preserving radical gastrectomy is safe and feasible for advanced gastric carcinoma,with the same effect as the conventional surgery.The adverse reaction is less.更多还原
