【摘要】 目的:研究洋果胶囊治疗支气管哮喘的机理。方法:健康BALB/c小鼠50只,随机分为对照组、模型组、中药组、西药组、中西医结合组,除对照组外,其他4组应用OVA制作小鼠支气管哮喘模型。中药组给予洋果胶囊混悬液、西药组给予氨茶碱混悬液和地塞米松混悬液、中西医结合组给予氨茶碱混悬液和地塞米松混悬液外还给予洋果胶囊混悬液,分别检测5组小鼠肺组织中EOS的数量及凋亡率以及外周血免疫球蛋白(IgE)水平。结果:中西医结合组在诱导和促进肺组织内EOS凋亡、减少肺组织中EOS数量、降低IgE水平方面疗效显著,优于中药组与西药组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:洋果胶囊能够诱导和促进肺组织内EOS凋亡,减少肺组织中EOS数量,降低IgE水平,从而减轻气道炎症强度,抑制气道炎症,缩短炎症过程,从而达到治疗支气管哮喘的目的,其与西医结合应用,疗效更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the foreign capsule in the mechanism of bronchial asthma.Methods:BALB/c 50 mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,group,western medicine,integrative medicine group,in addition to the control group,the other 4 group were OVA mouse asthma model of production.Chinese Medicines for foreign fruit capsule suspension,suspension and Western medicine were given aminophylline dexamethasone suspension,the suspension of combination of dexamethasone and aminophylline given things,for foreign fruit suspension capsule suspension,5 were detected in lung tissue of mice the number of EOS and the apoptosis rate and blood immunoglobulin(IgE) levels.Results:Combination group during the induction and promotion of apoptosis of EOS in lung tissue and reduce the number of EOS in lung tissue and reduce the effect of IgE levels were significantly better than the Chinese group and WM group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The Ocean and the promotion of fruit capsule can induce apoptosis of EOS in lung tissue and reduce the number of EOS in lung tissue,lower IgE levels,thus alleviating the intensity of airway inflammation,inhibition of airway inflammation,reduce inflammation,so as to achieve the purpose of treatment of bronchial asthma,combined with Western medicine applications,and better efficacy.更多还原
