聚乙烯醇水溶胶在解剖学教学标本制作中的应用
Anatomical specimens production with polyvinyl alcohol hydrosol
【摘要】 目的:探讨聚乙烯醇水溶胶在解剖学教学标本管道灌注和标本表面涂刷中应用的可行性,以期为人体解剖学教学标本制作提供新型材料。方法:采用浓度为6%、8%、10%、12%、14%聚乙烯醇水溶胶,5例前臂材料动脉血管进行灌注,5例已剥制标本进行表面涂刷,经凝胶后,以求得用于血管灌注和标本表面涂刷各自最佳浓度。结果:12%聚乙烯醇水溶胶适用于标本血管灌注,为最佳管道灌注浓度;8%聚乙烯醇水溶胶最适用于标本表面涂刷应用。结论:聚乙烯醇水溶胶是一种理想的适用于人体解剖学教学标本制作的新型材料。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the feasibility of using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) hydrosol for tract perfusion and surface brush in human anatomical specimen making.Methods: PVA hydrosol at the concentration of 6%,8%,10%,12%,and 14% were applied for forearm arterial veins perfusion in five human specimens and surface brush of five exfoliated specimens in order to find the most suitable concentration for specimen making.Results: It was shown that PVA hydrosol at the concentration of 12% was the optimal concentration for vein perfusion,it was the most suitable one for tract perfusion.On the other hand,8% was the optimal concentration for surface area brush.Conclusion: PVA hydrosol is an ideal material for producing human anatomical specimen.
