【摘要】 目的:探讨CT引导下钻孔引流手术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法:70例高血压脑出血作为观察组,于住院后6～48 h在CT引导下行钻孔引流术,选取同期行保守治疗的70例高血压脑出血患者作为对照组,术后比较两组日常生活能力(ADL)恢复程度。结果:观察组与对照组ADLⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率、致残率、病死率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CT引导下钻孔引流术治疗高血压脑出血具有疗效好、并发症少、简单、安全等优点,易被患者接受,可在基层医院推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the procedure,efficacy and advantage of CT-guided microinvasive trepanation in treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods: A total 70 patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were enrolled,and were underwent CT-guided microinvasive trepanation 6 to 48 hours after admitted in our hospital.Results: The incidence of complications,disability rate and morality of microinvasive trepanation were significantly lower than those with the conventional surgery and conservative therapy.Conclusions: CT-guided microinvasive trepanation is effective,simple,safe and of little complications in treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.It is worthy extensive clinical application.更多还原
