【摘要】 目的:观察胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病前、后血清C肽的变化,以评估胰岛β细胞分泌功能及临床治疗效果。方法:对139例2型糖尿病患者采用胰岛素泵治疗3周,于治疗前、后分别用放射免疫法测定患者血清C肽水平。结果:本组患者139例,行胰岛素泵治疗后,血清C肽值治疗后与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病使用胰岛素泵强化治疗是一种有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the changes of serum C peptide in type 2 diabetes patients before and after being treated with insulin pump in order to assess the pancreatic functions of β cell and the overall clinical effects.Methods:A total of 139 patients with type 2 diabetes were treated with insulin pump therapy for 3 weeks.The serum C peptide levels in all cases were detected with radioimmunoassay method before and after the treatment.Results:There was a significant difference between the serum C peptide levels before and after the treatment for all the 139 cases(P<0.05).Conclusion:Insulin pump therapy is effective on type 2 diabetes.更多还原
