【摘要】 目的:探讨电子腹腔镜联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床护理措施。方法:将2005年6月~2009年1月收治的子宫内膜异位症患者106例采用腹腔镜联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRHα-)治疗,并给予术前和术后精心的护理。结果:本组患者106例,其中有效85例(80.19%);基本有效13例(12.26%);无效5例(4.72%);复发3例(2.83%)。结论:腹腔镜手术联合GnRHα-治疗子宫内膜异位症,可以降低疾病复发率,提高患者受孕率,是一种有效的临床治疗方法,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore effective nursing measures for endometriosis patients who were treated with E-laparoscopy combining with drugs.Methods: A total of 106 endometriosis patients who were admitted to our hospital during June 2005-January 2009 were treated with laparoscopy combining with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-α).Adequate preoperative preparation and postoperative cares,prevention were applied.Results: The comprehensive measures were effective on 85 of the 106 cases,accounting for 80.19%,basically effective on 13 cases(12.26%),ineffective on 5 cases(4.72%).The recurrence rate was 2.83%(3 cases).Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-α treatment is effective on endometriosis by reducing the recurrence rate,and improving pregnancy chance.It is an effective clinical treatment and worth for clinical application.更多还原
