【摘要】 目的:探讨复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)患者的个性特征和心理健康状祝,为本病的心理质量和健康指导提供更多的依据。方法:采用国际统一的艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)成人式和症状自评量表(SCL-90),由专业人员调查108例门诊RGH患者的个性特征和心理状况,并与90例健康人群加以比较。结果:本组资料调查显示,RGH患者内向者明显高于对照组(P<0.01),RGH患者N和P量表分均明显高于对照组,E量表分明显低于正常组(P<0.001)。RGH患者组的SCL-90总分及抑郁、焦虑、偏执、恐怖因子分均明显高于对照组。结论:RGH患者心理健康状况差,其中抑郁、焦虑、恐怖和偏执等症状尤为突出。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the personality and psycological status of patients with recurrent genital herpes(RGH) and provide more guide information for psycological treatment.Methods: Investigated 108 RGH cases in Outpatient Department with Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ) and symptomcheck list-90(SCL-90),and compared with 90 healthy cases.Results: The result showed more introvert patients(P<0.01),with significant lower score of E scale(P<0.001),higher score of N scale,P scale & SCL-90,and more remarkable symptoms as depression,anxiety,terror and paranoid.Conclusion: RGH patients are in bad psycological status,with remarkable symptoms as depression,anxiety,terror and paranoid.更多还原
