【摘要】 目的:总结胃镜下小剂量注射肉素毒素A治疗贲门失驰缓症的观察与护理经验。方法:在胃镜直视下分别在贲门口齿状线上0.5cm处的3点、6点、9点、12点处注射肉毒素A100U,进口行术前、术中、术后有针对性的护理。结果:注射3min后胃镜均可顺利通过贲门口;注射后有4例1h后能进半流温凉饮食,1d后均可进普通饮食。结论:积极、有针对性的观察与护理,对胃镜下小剂量注射肉毒素A治疗贲门失驰缓症的取得良好疗效是很重要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summerize the experience of treatment for achalasia with kreotoxin A at small dosage under gastroscopy.Methods:Injected 100 U kreotoxin A into four spots 0.5 cm upper than cardiac orifice under gastroscopy:the spot at 3’o clock,6’o clock,9’o clock and 12’o clock.Employed pertinent nursing before,during and after surgery,respectively.Results:3 min later,the gastroscopy passed through cardiac orifice.4 cases could have half fluid diet 1 h later,and all could have normal diet 1 d later.Conclusion:Pertinent observation and nursing play important role in treatment for achalasia with kreotoxin A under gastroscopy.更多还原
