【摘要】 目的:探讨脑外伤后迟发性尿崩的发病机制、诊断和治疗。方法:回顾性分析18例脑外伤后迟发性尿崩症的临床资料。结果:18例患者经过治疗,16例的尿量均恢复正常,其中1周内控制者9例,2～3周控制者4例,3周以上控制者3例,2例需终生替代治疗。结论:脑外伤的迟发性尿崩症多为暂时性,只要诊断及时、治疗得当,预后良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of delayed onset diabetes insipidus after traumatic brain injury.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the data of 18 cases with delayed diabetes insipidus after traumatic brain injury.Results:All patients had normal uterine,of which 9 cases had disease status in control in 1 week,4 cases in 2～3 weeks,3 cases in more than 3 weeks,and 2 patients required life-long replacement therapy.Conclusion:Delayed diabetes insipidus are mostly temporary.Satisfactory prognosis can be obtained after timely diagnosis and proper treatment.更多还原
