【摘要】 目的:探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液的防治。方法:精细的手术操作、持续有效的负压引流、加压包扎、术后正确锻炼患肢等综合治疗。结果:160例女性乳腺癌,术后发生皮下积液有l3例,发生率8.1%。结论:正确放置引流管,保证引流通畅,术后正确锻炼患肢才能降低皮下积液的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the prevention and treatment of subcutaneous hydrops after modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer.Methods: Careful operation,continuous negative pressure drainage,compression bandage,correct limb exercise comprehensive treatment were done.Results: In 160 cases of female mammary cancer,subcutaneous hydrops have 13 cases(8.1%)after surgery.Conclusion: Proper placed the tube,postoperative drainage unblocked and correct exercise limb could reduce subcutaneous hydrops.更多还原
