【摘要】 目的:探讨血清CA125在卵巢癌诊断与治疗中的价值。方法:采用电化学发光法,对101例卵巢癌患者进行血清学检查,分别测定其术前及手术加化疗20 d后CA125浓度,并与正常对照组55例进行比较。结果:101例卵巢癌患者CA125测定值明显高于正常对照组,两者相比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),且术前与手术加化疗20 d后相比结果也具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:CA125的检测对卵巢癌的诊断与治疗有一定参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the value of diagnosis and treatment of CA125 in serum with the patient of ovarian cancer.Methods: The specimen were detected by electrochemical method,101 patients with ovarian cancer in patients with serological examination,CA125 preoperative and after the surgery plus chemotherapy twenty days are tested, the result of which are then compared to that of the normal control group of 55 patients.Results: The preoperative serum CA125 levels were significantly higher than the normal control group(P<0.01).And the preoperative and after the surgery plus chemotherapy twenty days is also significant compared with the results(P<0.01).Conclusion: The detection of CA125 has reference value in diagnosis and treatment with the patient of ovarian cancer.更多还原
