【摘要】 目的:研究静脉用药集中配送对临床护理工作的促进作用。方法:对我院实行静脉用药集中配送前后护理人力使用、职业防护情况、输液反应发生率、临床护理工作流程、医疗成本等指标进行比较分析。结果:静脉用药集中配送后,每天能为临床节约护士人力约20人,简化了临床护理工作流程,通过大规格小剂量药品的合理共享,降低了病人用药费用,临床因药物配置引起的输液发生率为零。结论:静脉用药集中配送可以有效地节省临床护理人力资源,保证输液安全,加强护士职业防护,降低医疗成本,提升了临床医疗护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the promoting effect of the centralized distribution of intravenous medication on clinic nursing work.Methods:Make a comparative analysis on those indexes including the situation of nurses using professional protection,the incidence rate of infusion reaction,the work procedure of clinic nursing and medical costs etc.before and after our hospital carry on the method of centralized distribution of intravenous medication.Results:After conducting the centralized distribution of intravenous medication,we saved about twenty nurses for the clinical,and simplified the work procedure of clinic nursing.According to the rational sharing of small-dose medicines of large size,we reduced the expenses of patients and the incidence rate of infusion reaction was zero.Conclusion:The centralized distribution of intravenous medication can save the clinical nursing resources effectively,ensure the infusion safy,ensure the infusion safty,enhance the professional protection of nurses,reduce the medical costs and promote the quanlity of clinic nursing.更多还原
