【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the experience of the non-surgical treatment of splenetic rup-ture in blunt abdominal trauma.Methods:The traumatic rupture of spleen 25 cases were retrospec-tively analyzed.Results:23 cases were cured,2 patients were cured after surgery transit.Conclu-sion:Strict indications selection and dynamic monitoring was key to success for non-surgical treat-ment of the disease.更多还原
