【摘要】 目的掌握蚊蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性状况,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法淡色库蚊采用浸泡法,家蝇采用微量点滴法。结果淡色库蚊对DDVP、马拉硫磷、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯的LD50分别是10.48,1.10,15.26,10.67都已产生了抗性,其中对菊酯类药物抗药性最高,抗性倍数达到了15.26倍。家蝇对DDVP、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯的LD50分别是18.58,0.41,9.47,33.85都已产生了抗性,其中对溴氰菊酯抗药性最高,抗性倍数达到了33.85倍。结论蚊、蝇对常用杀虫剂产生的较高抗性已严重导致杀虫剂灭效降低,给我省开展灭蚊、蝇工作增加了难度。为使杀虫剂抗性发展得到缓解,需要进一步加强蚊、蝇对杀虫剂抗性监测,坚持常年进行,根据抗性的变化,谨慎选用已产生高抗性的杀虫剂类型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the mosquito musca to the commonly used pesticide antibiotic condition,provides the scientific basis for the science reasonable use pesticide.Methods The light color culex mosquito uses the immersion law,the housefly uses the micro spot-out method.Results The light color culex mosquito to DDVP,the malathion,the bromine cyanogen chrysanthemum ester,chlorine cyanogen chrysanthemum ester’s LD50 respectively was 10.48,1.10,15.26,10.67 has had the resistance,was highest to the chrysanthemum ester medicine antibiotic nature,the resistant multiple has achieved 15.26 times.The housefly to DDVP,the bromine cyanogen chrysanthemum ester,the chlorine cyanogen chrysanthemum ester,phenyl-dichloride ether chrysanthemum ester’s LD50 respectively was 18.58,0.41,9.47,33.85 has had the resistance,was highest to the bromine cyanogen chrysanthemum ester antibiotic nature,the resistant multiple has achieved 33.85 times.Conclusion The mosquito,the musca the high resistance which produces to the commonly used pesticide have caused the pesticide to extinguish the effect seriously to reduce,developed for our province extinguishes the mosquito,the musca work to increase the difficulty.In order to enable the pesticide resistance development to obtain the alleviation,needs to further strengthen the mosquito,the musca to the pesticide resistance monitor,insists year to year to carry on,according to the resistant change,selects discretely has had the high resistant pesticide type更多还原
