代谢综合征患者血清脂联素和血管生成素样蛋白3水平的变化及意义(英文)

【摘要】 目的:探讨代谢综合征患者血清脂联素和血管生成素样蛋白3(angiopoietin-like protein3,Angptl3)水平的变化及其意义。方法:对111例代谢综合征患者和152例健康对照,采用单克隆抗体双夹心酶联免疫法测定血清Angptl3及脂联素水平,分析血清脂联素、Angptl3与脂代谢和胰岛素抵抗的关系。结果:代谢综合征组血清脂联素水平为4.22(1.01~23.29)μg/mL,低于对照组5.41(0.97~22.27)μg/mL(P<0.05),Angptl3在2组间差异无统计学意义。Angptl3与脂联素正相关(P<0.001);脂联素与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)正相关(P<0.001),与体质量指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、腰臀比(WHR)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、稳态模型评估的胰岛素抵抗指数(home-ostatic model assessment method-insulin resistance,HOMA-IR)均呈负相关(P<0.001)。多元回归分析显示,脂联素是Angptl3的独立决定因素(b′=0.256,P<0.001)。脂联素与TG,HOMA-IR呈负相关(分别b′=-0.234,b′=-0.145,P<0.001)。结论:代谢综合征患者血清脂联素水平降低,可能与Angptl3水平降低有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of serum angiopoietin-like protein 3(Angptl3)and adiponectin levels in patients with metabolic syndrome(MS)in order to understand their association with the MS.Methods Serum Angptl3 and adiponectin levels were measured by sandwich ELISA in a group of 111 patients with MS and 152 normal controls.Results Serum adiponectin was lower in the MS patients than in the control subjects [4.22(1.01-23.29)μg/mL vs.5.41(0.97-22.27)μg/mL,P<0.05].With regard to serum Angptl3,there was no significant difference between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Serum adiponectin was correlated to Angptl3 and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)(P<0.001)and negatively correlated to body mass index(BMI),waist circumference(WC),waist to hip ratio(WHR),triglyceride(TG),fasting plasma glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINS)and homeostatic model assessment method-insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)(P<0.001).Serum Angptl3 was positively correlated with adiponectin(P<0.001).Serum adiponectin was found to be independently positive determinant for Angptl3 concentrations(b’=0.256,P<0.001).Adiponectin was inversely correlated with TG and HOMA-IR(b’=-0.234,-0.145,P<0.001).Conclusion Adiponectin is decreased in MS patients and may be correlated to Angptl3.
