铬(Ⅵ)与3,5-二溴-4-(2,4二羟基)苯偶氮苯基荧光酮显色反应的研究与应用
Study and Application on Color Reaction of Chromium(Ⅵ) with 3,5-dibromo-4-(2,4-dihydroxy)phenylazophenylfluorone
【摘要】 在弱酸性(pH=6.0)介质和表面活性剂CTMAB存在的条件下,3,5-二溴-4-(2,4二羟基)苯偶氮苯基荧光酮与铬(VI)形成稳定的三元络合物,可用分光光度法测定微量铬(VI),其最大吸收波长λ为537 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为2.33×105 L.mol-1.cm-1,铬(VI))在4~650μg.L-1范围内符合比尔定律,用拟定方法测定电镀废水中总铬含量,结果较满意.
【Abstract】 In the presence of weak acidic buffer solution of pH=6.0 and surfactant CTMAB,chromium(VI) reacts with 3,5-dibromo-4-(2,4-dihydroxy) phenylazophenylfluorone to form a stable ternary micelle complex whose maximum absorption is at 537 nm and molar absorptivity is 2.33×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer law is obeyed for 4~650 μg·L-1 chromium(VI).The method has been applied to the determination of total chromium in electroplating wastewater.The results are relatively satisfactory.
