氧化锌薄膜的电化学交流阻抗法研究
Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy Study on ZnO Films
【摘要】 通过电化学交流阻抗技术对不同电流密度、沉积时间、电解液浓度和溶液温度下制备的氧化锌薄膜进行了表征,结果表明不同条件下制备的氧化锌薄膜的结构不尽相同,但基本上都是内层致密、外层疏松的双层结构.
【Abstract】 ZnO films deposited at different current densities,deposition time,electrolyte concentrations and temperatures are characterized by using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results show that the structures of ZnO films deposited at different conditions aren’t completely identical,while they are generally composed of double layers that the internal is compact and the external is loose.
